Shipping Information

We are committed to delivering your order safely and on time across India. Please review our shipping guidelines below for a seamless delivery experience.

Order Processing Time


All orders are processed within 1-2 business days (Monday-Saturday, excluding public holidays and Sundays). Orders placed after 5:00 PM IST or on Sundays/holidays will begin processing the next business day.

After processing, you will receive a confirmation SMS and email with your tracking details and estimated delivery date.

Shipping Methods & Delivery Times
Metro Cities (Mumbai, Delhi, Bangalore, Chennai, Kolkata, Hyderabad, Pune, Ahmedabad)
 
  • Standard Delivery: 2-3 business days

  • Express Delivery: 1-2 business days

  • Same Day Delivery: Available in select pin codes (order before 12:00 PM IST)


Tier 2 & 3 Cities
  • Standard Delivery: 3-5 business days

  • Express Delivery: 2-3 business days


Rest of India
  • Standard Delivery: 5-7 business days

  • Express Delivery: 3-5 business days


Remote Areas & North Eastern States
  • Standard Delivery: 7-10 business days

  • Additional charges may apply based on pin code


Shipping Charges
  • Free Shipping: On all prepaid orders above ₹499

  • Standard Shipping: ₹49 for orders below ₹499

  • Express Shipping: ₹99 (₹149 for remote areas)

  • COD Charges: Additional ₹50 for Cash on Delivery orders

Note: Shipping charges may vary for bulky items or during special promotions
 

Payment Methods

We accept:

  • Prepaid Orders: Credit/Debit Cards, Net Banking, UPI, Wallets (Paytm, PhonePe, Google Pay)

  • Cash on Delivery (COD): Available for orders up to ₹10,000 (subject to pin code availability)

We work with trusted courier partners including:

  • Blue Dart

  • Ecom Express

  • India Post (for remote areas)

  • Local courier services for same-day delivery
     

Pin Code Serviceability

Before placing an order, please check if we deliver to your pin code by entering it on our product page. Some pin codes may have:

  • Extended delivery times

  • COD restrictions

  • Additional shipping charges
     

Order Tracking

Track your order through:

  • SMS Updates: Automatic updates at each delivery milestone

  • WhatsApp: Send "TRACK [Order Number]" to our WhatsApp Business number

  • Website: Use your order ID and registered mobile number

  • Email: Click the tracking link in your shipping confirmation email

What to Expect
  • Our delivery partner will attempt delivery once

  • OTP verification required for high-value orders

  • Photo ID may be requested for certain items
     

Missed Delivery

If you miss the delivery:

  • Delivery will be reattempted the next business day

  • After 3 attempts, the order will be returned to us

  • You can also coordinate with the delivery partner for pickup from their facility
     

Open Box Delivery

For electronic items and high-value products:

  • You can request to open and check the package at delivery

  • Ensure all accessories and items match your order

  • Report any issues immediately to the delivery executive
     

Special Delivery Instructions
  • Office/Workplace Delivery: Specify complete address with company name and floor/department

  • Society/Apartment Delivery: Include flat number, building name, and landmark

  • Rural Addresses: Provide detailed landmarks and nearest identifiable location

Shipping Restrictions

We currently do not ship to:

  • International destinations

  • APO/FPO addresses

  • P.O. Box addresses

Certain items cannot be shipped to specific states due to local regulations. Any restrictions will be mentioned on the product page.

Damaged/Missing Items

In case of damaged or missing items:

  1. Do not accept damaged packages

  2. If damage is discovered after opening, report within 24 hours

  3. Take clear photos/videos of the package and damaged items

  4. Contact us immediately via:

Returns & Reverse Pickup

For returns, we offer free reverse pickup from your doorstep. Please refer to our Return Policy for detailed information.

 

Festival Season & Sale Periods

During festivals (Diwali, Holi, etc.) and sale events:

  • Processing time may extend to 3-4 days

  • Delivery may take 2-3 additional days

  • Place orders early to ensure timely delivery
